We would like to take this opportunity to thank Richard for his professional, friendly and all round wonderful service in being our realtor.  Richard helped us sell our house during a time when the housing market is not at its best and then also had the task in helping us purchase our forever home.

The experience we had with Richard was very positive during what can be a very stressful time.  We bought a house 3 years ago and realized it wasn’t the right house for us so this time we wanted to find the perfect house, it had to tick all the right boxes, that’s not an easy job to take on!!  Expectations were high but Richard gave us so much advice, listened to us and guided us through this process.  This was all achieved through Richard’s experience and expertise.

We now have our forever home which we will hopefully be in for a very long time, we couldn’t be happier.

In regards to our dealings with Anna Jorgensen in both the selling of our home and with the chore she had in trying to find a home for us to purchase, you’ll find the following interesting. In the sale we found her to be: Very accessible Realistic with current market evaluations Very pleasant and happy Honest and up-front Our house was listed for only two weeks before we had an offer we accepted. In the quest of trying to find a home for us, she had quite a chore! She knew how much we wanted to spend and the areas where we would look. In our opinion it was an impossible task. But with her ability to understand and to feel for what we were looking for she was able to find us a house we both like. I don't really have any real feedback for you because I think you did a really good job. With most deals there is the odd unexpected problem but when those arose I think you handled them quite well. I don't have a lot of time to waste and can sometimes be impatient and expect everyone to go at my pace so if you can handle someone like me then your doing a great job. I was and am very happy with the job you did in a difficult market at a difficult time.
