As part of our focused marketing information on properties currently listed for sale through Coast Realty Group ? we have commenced a joint marketing program to increase the opportunity for potential buyers to view your property.

Through BC Ferries and Tourism Nanaimo, Coast Realty Group we will be sponsoring two Vancouver Island University Tourism Students who will be knowledgeable about promoting Tourism in our regions and directing potential clients to the 14 Coast Realty Group offices and connecting potential buyers with your REALTOR® towards a successful sale!

The students anticipate contact with over 30,000 potential property buyers from mid-May to early-September, 2009 seven days a week on the Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay Ferry route at the Tourism Desk on the new Coastal Renaissance.

During the estimated 1.5 hour crossing, there will be time for discussion while on the ferry and for potential buyers to review our corporate information sheet and on-board link to the Coast Realty Group website.
